I’ve purchased and sold several properties, with mixed results from realtors. My experience with Charity Bauman completely exceeded my expectations, and reminded me of how incredibly helpful the right realtor is. Please take a moment to read on, as Charity’s professionalism throughout my purchase pretty much blew my mind. I found Charity to be an exceptional listener, a saavy negotiator, responsive, on-time , and sincerely empathetic. To outline my situation, I was looking for a semi-unique commercial property, and Charity was the only realtor who was able to understand what I was looking for. After months of searching on my own, because other realtors were sending me properties that made no sense for my business, I came across one of Charity’s listings. That particular property ended up not working for my business, but Charity asked questions during our conversations, lots of ‘em. She asked clarifying questions for greater understanding and thought outside the box with things I hadn’t thought of before. Suddenly, I was receiving relevant listings and I felt like I had a real partner in this search. After just a couple months, we found a property, but this is where Charity’s skills really emerged. To say the listing agent for this property was difficult to work with, is an understatement. From significant errors in the listing, to being non-responsive, or just flat out combative, I was quickly reminded of how poorly some realtors do their job. Through this entire situation, Charity kept her game-face on, communicated regularly, sought input from other professionals, offered incredibly helpful advice, and most importantly: kept the deal together. I 100% know this deal would not have happened if I had a different realtor. I whole-heartedly recommend Charity Bauman to help your buy or sell a property. She knows how to play hardball when needed, and sincerely cares about her customers.
