New Jersey-based team expands the brokerage’s East Coast footprint

Sal Ventre began his career in 2012, selling homes along the Jersey Shore and winning multiple awards before starting his luxury-focused team just six years later. Now home to 15 agents, The Ventre Team is expanding into Southern Florida to continue building strong relationships and treating every client like family, no matter their price point.

Moving to Real was the next logical step for this powerhouse team, as they looked for ways to continue improving on their skills as agents, while seeking out opportunities to help other agents as well.
