25+ agent team expands into the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets
In the early days of the global pandemic, husband and wife partners Phil and Victoria Gerdes were setting the stage for a dynamic real estate powerhouse that would become one of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region’s top-performing teams. Recognizing a market shift and wanting to mitigate risk as they built their team, they focused on opening up avenues of growth that allowed them to keep their central focus on the quality of service brought to clients and agents alike.
After operating as collaborative independent agents since the beginning of 2017, the Gerdes’ made a concerted effort to expand their passion for service and dedication to the industry by forming The Gerdes Team in early 2020. Fueled by a constant desire to excel alongside other agents in the industry with a similar mindset, The Gerdes Team has rapidly expanded to over 25 agents, all of whom are dedicated to delivering an elite quality real estate experience.
